Secure payment by monthly instalments at no additional cost
Payments are handled through Payzen which is a brand of Lyra Network. Lyra Network is PCI DSS certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) as a Level 1 Service Provider or the highest level requirement for computer security processing of bank data.
Diet Expert accepts the following payment methods:
We accept Visa (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Premier etc) and Mastercard (Mastercard, Maestro, Gold etc).
When paying by credit card, you indicate
- Card number
- Expiry date
- The last 3 digits on the back of your card (CVV).
Authorisation servers are consulted to verify the data and prevent abuse and fraud.
Data encryption is 128 bits, the highest level of encryption authorised to guarantee maximum security. Servers are encrypted and all information transmitted is encrypted.
You will be redirected to the Paypal website to pay for the order, you log in to your account and authorise payment.
The Paypal site confirms the payment by secure channel and your order is immediately confirmed.
Arrange a bank transfer to our bank account with your order number as a reference.
Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is credited to our account.
All bank charges are borne by the customer.
How to qualify for payment in 1, 2, 3 or 4 instalments at no additional cost
To qualify to pay in several instalments at no additional cost, you must pay for your order by credit card or debit card.
We accept payments in two, three or four instalments at no additional cost by credit card from 50 euros / 40 pounds (2 instalments from 50 euros / 40 pounds, three from 75 euros / 60 pounds and 4 from 100 euros / 80 pounds). Payments will be charged to your credit card automatically each month with no additional cost.
Other payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfer or other means of payment do not qualify for this benefit.
Diet Expert will not impose additional costs for payment in instalments.
